I Was There (2013) | 50th Anniversary March on Washington

This man joined thousands of other citizens, from across this country, for the 2013 Commemorative March of Washington. (He’s standing in fron of the Civil Rights Museum on Wheels – which was parked in the National Mall.) His voice is filled with emotion and his story reminds us of the impact that both marches had on countless individuals. This page gives you an opportunity to share your rememberances and pictures from the 2013 March on Washington.
